We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to own the Cloud Protection for Salesforce area (“CPSF”) at WithSecure. Would you want to be a central part of defining how we help our partners and customers protect their users within the Salesforce ecosystem?

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with other Product team members (UX/UI, Product Marketing, Engineering) as well as Sales, Marketing and the business unit management team, to deliver a high-quality and comprehensive solution to our B2B direct customers and partners. A successful Senior Product Manager is an experienced technical leader who has experience in a customer-facing role. You can get things done through your excellent presentations and leadership skills. Understanding of the threat landscape and security solutions, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a high-technology, dynamic environment are also important to your success.

Key Responsibilities

• You will fully own the product – the strategy, the technology, the messaging, while working for the success of your area – the unbreakable is to ensure rapid growth and technical excellence
• Lead the work in Salesforce security domain
• Lead the development team(s) and provide clear direction, get estimates and resolve impediments
• Own the product vision, roadmap, define and prioritize work
• Co-create product innovation together with customers and our partners(including Salesforce themselves) analyzing their requirements in-depth
• Work closely with marketing to identify the value proposition
• Cooperate with CX/UX experts to provide the best user experience for CPSF
• Serve as the subject matter expert and evangelist for CPSF

What are we looking for?

• Lots of experience in a relevant role (especially knowledge and experience of the Salesforce platform from both a technical and commercial perspective is highly relevant)
• Master’s degree in the relevant field or equivalent in work experience
• You need to be experienced in facing the customer and delivering high-stake presentations
• Cyber security and cloud platform knowledge
• Experience with Agile software development
• Capabilities to grasp business and customer needs and translate them into clear goals and requirements for engineering teams
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical abilities and extreme attention to detail
• Fluency in English with excellent presentation skills
