Sales Lead for Vertical Sales

What your future looks like at AccountorAs a Sales Lead for Vertical Sales you will play a crucial role in leading and developing our sales efforts in our target segments (HVAC and Construction) for our product
Ecom. In addition to driving sales, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with Product Development and Value Added Services (VAS) teams to create winning solutions for our target markets. Co-operation and cross-sales with other business units is critical in order to discover new opportunities and foster future growth. Your role will include:
- Ownership of Sales Targets: Take ownership of sales targets for HVAC and Construction segments, focusing on Ecom new sales. Ensure that all business targets for new sales are met or exceeded.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coach a four-people outbound sales team to achieve their targets.
- Cross-Sales: Collaborate with our other sales teams to identify and create new opportunities.
- Outbound Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies.
- Opportunity Creation: Proactively create new opportunities through cross-sales and cooperation with the VAS team.
- Digital Sales Initiatives: Explore and implement various digital sales initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends.
Most of your team is located at our Turku office, but we also have locations in Espoo, Tampere, Oulu, Jyväskylä, and Stockholm, and we work with a flexible hybrid model.
With these skills you are one step ahead
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in leading change, such as optimizing sales processes, and coaching individuals
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate outbound sales teams - provide direction, take initiative, and drive the organization toward new ways of operating and thinking when necessary
- Understanding of SaaS (Software as a Service) business and a track record of SaaS sales
- Proficiency in understanding and leveraging digital sales and marketing trends
- Strong communication and influencing skills, both within your team and when dealing with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Fluent both in Finnish and in English
