Technical Project Manager - 3DMark

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team in 3DMark. We create the industry's most trusted and widely used benchmarks for desktop computers, notebooks, tablets, smartphones, and VR systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our software projects from design to development and launching for our consumer customers.
You will be working in a team of passionate and highly skilled engineers that take pride in developing high-quality software. We teach you our ways of work but if you find your way to be better you have the freedom to improve our processes.
Responsibilities
- Run projects where we design, implement and launch new benchmark products
- Manage patch releases for our existing products
- Run other projects when we have time and resources to improve other things
- Help to plan the individual targets and follow up the commitments
Qualifications
Your skills and experience
- We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of Project Managment in IT business
- Bachelor of Engineering is a plus but not a mandatory if you have several years of experience and you don't panic when developers start to talk about details
Required
- You have a general level of understanding of software engineering (architecture, integrations and build processes)
- Basic level understanding in Windows environments , motivated to learn Mac, Linux and Android.
- You are able to travel to our office in Espoo, Finland at least 1-3 days per week.
- You are a people person.
- Good written and spoken English.
Bonus points
- Experience in running international software development projects
- Jira skills
- Experience in using our benchmarks
