CalcuQuote is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that provides innovative solutions to electronics manufacturers. Our software solutions empower supply chain teams to solve complex problems related to estimating and quoting. As we continue to expand, we are searching for a Digital Marketing Manager who can help us take our marketing efforts to the next level.
You can be located in Helsinki (Finland) or Dallas (USA).
🎯 Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Plan, implement, manage and monitor company-wide social media strategy to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- B2B Brand Management: Build CalcuQuote presence and thought leadership on selected topics with daily actions
- Campaigns: Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns towards agreed targets and report campaign results.
- SEO and Digital Marketing: Utilize your knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices to optimize content for search engines and promote it effectively.
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of content creators and strategists to ensure content is consistently aligned with our brand message and goals.
- Content Strategy:Develop and execute a content strategy tailored to our niche market, creating engaging and persuasive content that resonates with our unique audience.
- Content Creation: Produce content, including blog posts, articles, email campaigns, and social media content, designed to convert and captivate our target customers.
- Visual Content: Oversee the creation of visually compelling content using tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, or Canva.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze data to derive insights and make informed, data-backed decisions to improve content performance.
- Communication Skills: Communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally, to ensure our unique value proposition is well-articulated to our niche audience.
✨ Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in a niche market context with a track record of coordinating marketing strategy and campaigns
- Good leadership skills to motivate and develop your content team.
- Solid copywriting skills with a keen eye for communication quality and improved sales performance
- Proficiency in marketing and automation platforms, such as HubSpot or similar tools.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, SEO, social media, and email marketing best practices, tailored for niche audiences.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategy
🎓 Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Additional certifications in marketing or related disciplines are a plus.
