Procountor is one of the biggest B2B SaaS solutions in the Nordics. You will be working in the Procountor Operations team as a DevOps Engineer to ensure Procountor infra and service availability together with your team. You and your team play a critical role in making sure that the production software and service is up and running 24/7. You will also develop our infra for new features and services with an information security mindset. Your key responsibilities include:

• Day-to-day maintenance and monitoring of production servers
• Working closely with the DevOps scrum team in developing and maintaining Dev and QA environments and CI/CD pipelines as well as preparing and performing Procountor software releases
• Implementing and maintaining backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure reliability of data and services
• Developing our infrastructure, continuous integration processes, monitoring and automation
• Conducting regular security assessments and compliance checks

The work includes stand-by duty with a rotating responsibility in your team. Most of your team is located at our headquarters in Espoo, but we also have locations in Turku, Tampere, Oulu, Jyväskylä, and Stockholm, and we work with a flexible hybrid model.

We are looking for a technical professional capable of maintaining and developing our production environment. We expect you to have some DevOps experience and a versatile IT background for example in Help Desk, IT security, SysAdmin or product development would be beneficial. What we would also like to see:

• Azure or other public cloud provider experience
• Experience in application server maintenance for example in Linux
• Understanding of automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform
• Scripting skills
• Fluent Finnish and English
• DevOps mindset, solution-oriented approach and a proactive attitude
• Understanding of networking principles
• Experience in databases and SQL are seen as an advantage

(you don't need to know them all!)

• Azure
• IaC: Terraform and Ansible
• Kubernetes
• Scripting: Python, Bash and Powershell
• Databases: SQL
• CI/CD: Jenkins

You don't need to know or master them all, but naturally we hope you to have experience from some of these or similar technologies.
