We are now looking for a Documentation Engineer to strengthen the T&V Test Services team in its strive to build up future fuel systems for our products. 

Position information:

This position is permanent and the location for this position is Vaasa.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and execute project document management routines and best practices in product development and project support
• Develop documentation environments for structured documentation
• Ensuring proper handling of the project documents in the document management system
• Support internal users of document management, document collaboration tools, and structured authoring environment
• To participate in developing and improving the way of working within his/her organisational area
• To give and collect feedback regarding product documentation routines
• Provide lessons learned initiatives for developing issues in own responsibility area

Requirements:

As an ideal candidate, you have the passion to contribute to technical solutions for sustainable fuels and products. You have the energy to overcome obstacles and find out alternative ways.

The following skills, attitudes and background are beneficial:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant or equal field of engineering
• Excellent command of English, both oral and written
• Motivation and genuine interest in working with technical documentation
• A proactive, systematic, and organised way of working
• Good skills in communication and self-management
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Proactive attitude and positive Can-Do mindset
• Knowledge of document control principles  
• Knowledge of data handling 
• Proficiency in Excel 
• Quality compliance knowledge 
• Familiar with technical engineering documentation
