For the next steps of our story and bringing the right people together, we are looking for a talented Group Database Operations expert to create the best Database research practices for our European markets!
As the Group Database Operations Expert, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing database processes, policies, and practices. Your role will encompass various responsibilities, including managing and creating database recommendations for CRM strategy, optimizing customer database segmentation, and ensuring the availability of high-quality data for timely decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading & Managing Database Operations
  • Plan and resource database operations effectively.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring team results and deadlines are met.

Database processes

  • Develop and implement processes and guidelines for the database lifecycle.
  • Create and enhance the database framework within our systems.
  • generate reports on database quality and size.
  • Oversee top company coverage processes per market and manage external database sources.
Performance Analysis and Results:
  • Own the creation of database recommendations and analyses for CRM strategy.
  • Utilize insights and trends to improve performance and enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure timely availability of high-quality data for effective decision-making.
  • Coordinate, coach, and support Matrix members in Skynet developments and definitions.

Collaboration and Project Management

  • Work closely with line management in Database Management.
  • Serve as a Project Manager and developer in chosen system and concept developments.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • Strong analytical skills with a minimum of 1 year of practical experience in an analytics-related field.
  • Proficiency in quantitative/qualitative data analyses and a solid understanding of statistics.
  • Ability to identify appropriate data sources and automate data collection processes.
  • Excellent Excel skills and experience working with various source systems.
  • A belief in achieving high-quality data work through a deep understanding of fundamentals and attention to detail.
  • Resilient, team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
