You can be the change at RELEX.</p> <p>We are now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented person to join our team as a <strong>Partner Support Manager</strong>. In this role, you will be responsible for managing external partners providing support services on behalf of RELEX. Specifically, you will serve as the single point of contact, owning the service description, change management activities impacting the external partners, and reporting on support KPIs to ensure the performance of partners meets our standards. In this position, you can work either from Helsinki, Finland or from our UK office in London or Stoke.</p> <p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage external partners providing support services on behalf of RELEX</li> <li>Serve as the single point of contact, owning the service description and driving change management activities</li> <li>Report on Support KPIs to assess the performance of partners and identify areas for improvement.</li> <li>Drive improvement plans as necessary to optimize support services and enhance partner performance.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of support efforts.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you bring to the table:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in working in a Support function</li> <li>Knowledge of project management principals and change management</li> <li>Knowledge of Service Management, ITIL certification is seen as an advantage</li> <li>Ability to prioritize, delegate, track and coordinate multiple tasks</li> <li>Capable of handling a high workload and managing priorities effectively.</li> <li>Experience managing third-party contractors or vendors is an advantage.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <div class="page"> <div class="layoutArea"> <div class="column"> <div class="page"> <div class="layoutArea"> <div class="column"> <p>RELEXians can be found around the world, but here we’re based in Helsinki.
