More specifically, you will lead our growing Learning &amp; Development team and be a part of our global People leadership team, reporting to our Chief People Officer. This is a new position at RELEX. However, you will get a thorough intro and handover to everything we have accomplished around this area from your new colleagues and team mates.</p> <p>RELEX is on a journey to more structured Learning approaches, and although great progress has been made in the recent years, there is still a lot to be accomplished. Our organization is in constant change, scaling up to new heights and conquering new markets, geos and business areas, which will require a lot of flexible thinking, agility and resilience to (and push for!) change from our new Learning &amp; Leadership Development Director. On the other hand, we are quick to adapt to new ways of thinking and very open to new ideas and approaches, as well as testing things out. Your work will be absolutely critical in ensuring our growth for years to come!&nbsp;<br><br>The key deliverables for you are to:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Be a thought leader and change maker around Learning at RELEX</strong>. Our Learning activities are spread around our organization with skill specific learning initiatives living within our business functions, and People focused learning such as leadership development and meta-skills developed in our People team. Navigating across these different learning hubs will ensure best results.</li> <li><strong>Design and implement a robust Leadership training program covering the whole leadership journey from entry level all the way to senior leadership positions</strong>. You will build from a good foundation of existing learning programs and initiatives with a purpose of taking us to the next level in building the skills of existing and future RELEX leaders.</li> <li><strong>Building your Learning &amp; Development team to a world class team of experts on Learning</strong>! This is an area where we want to invest both in effort and in growth. Your team will handle different RELEX learning needs also around general onboarding for newbies, meta-skills trainings, and language courses. We also collaborate with external vendors to ensure we have the best possible Learning offering for RELEXians.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Building a deep understanding of RELEX leadership development needs and training priorities utilizing both existing data and findings as well as your own research. You will also participate closely in creating a Leadership Framework for RELEX. Based on this work, you will create your Learning &amp; Development roadmap with clear deliverables and KPIs.</li> <li>Transferring that roadmap into creation and delivery of a robust RELEX Leadership development program, as well as ensuring continuing efforts into developing our general onboarding program and meta-skills trainings.</li> <li>Change management, effective communication, and stakeholder management to ensure RELEX Learning agenda (with a focus on Leadership development) is understod and adapted across all levels of the organization, including our C-level executives.</li> <li>Maintaining and developing relationships with both our internal learning stakeholders and experts, as well as with external suppliers, partners and organizations.</li> <li>Staying updated on new trends and technologies in learning and development, formulating business cases to implement new solutions and initiatives when relevant.</li> </ul> <p><em>&nbsp;</em></p> <p><strong>What you'll bring to the table: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Extensive Learning &amp; Development experience and leadership, with proven impact in shaping leadership development strategies and programs in a global, fast-paced, continuously evolving environment.</li> <li>Proven track record in leading change and building that capability within the wider organization.
