We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our cross-competence online sales team. You'll play a vital role in crafting exceptional user experiences across all touchpoints, from product discovery to checkout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales managers, developers, and marketing teams to understand business goals and user needs.
• Design user-centered interfaces focusing on commercial value, usability and accessibility
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to validate ideas and experiment differerent features and solutions that improve the user experience
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and refine designs based on user feedback. Utilize other data sources like web analytics and heatmaps when needed.
• Support in creating marketing materials for different channels
• Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices in e-commerce.
• Work collaboratively within the cross-functional team to ensure a cohesive user experience.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with a focus on customer facing digital services
• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe stack
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce and user behavior in online shopping environments.
• Excellent in written and spoken English, adequate skills in written and spoken Finnish language.
• We also appreciate, if you have experience of working in a cross-functional team and possess basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

In this role you will be based in our HQ in Pasila, Helsinki but you have the freedom to work remotely when suitable.
