If this sounds like you, then we’d love to chat!  Role Background  The People team at RELEX currently consists of 60+ professionals located in different countries globally, with the majority in Helsinki. To reach our growth plans and to ensure we serve our RELEXians to the best possible level, we are now expanding our People team and looking for an experienced HR professional to join and lead our Nordics People Operations team.  As our Head of People Operations Nordics, you will have holistic ownership of our HR operations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, which is our global HQ. As a company of Finnish origin, we’ve had time to establish a solid HR foundation in Finland. Your central focus will therefore be to build our foundations stronger in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark as well as support in taking our Finland People practices to the next level.  You will ideally have a strong generalist HR background with broad experience across the HR spectrum, but particularly HR operations and business partnering. You will have hands-on experience managing collective bargaining agreements in the Nordics and the associated employee relations. Ideally, you will have either led an HR function or worked as a senior HR Business Partner.
