Client Success Manager

Your scope: As a Client Success Manager, you will be in-charge of managing and growing your named accounts to drive customer retention and revenue growth.
👉 You will be more specifically in charge of:
- Help our customers to be successful - act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance and best practices to help clients achieve their business goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Management, renewal, and growth of your named accounts
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption, retention, and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Support to address client needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Creating a compelling vision and clearly communicating our solutions especially to C-Level representatives of our customers with the goal of generating significant success and business value from an investment in Efecte products
- Identifying and drive expansion opportunities to grow accounts, including upselling new packages or cross-selling to other business units of the client
- Monitor customer health metrics and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns
- Management of monthly and annual pipeline as well as proven accuracy in forecasting
👤 It would be great if...
- You have proven experience in account management, growth, and renewals in the software or SaaS industry (minimum 3 years).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- You are passionate about customer success - teaming with the extended team.
- You have a great track record of negotiating commercial contracts, maintaining good pricing and commercial success in working with executives, VP and ‘C’ level
- You have a proven academic track-record (BBA or above)
- You are fluent/native in Swedish and English
- Are able to work full time on-site at our Stockholm office in the city centre
