Wärtsilä FICO 2.0 is a holistic, global multi-year operating model transformation programme towards world-class performance for Finance & Control. We are looking for two energetic and ambitious Project Managers to shape the future of our FICO environment. In the Project Manager position you will lead development projects in global environment. You are the person we are looking for if FICO area is familiar and you are a true project management professional and a fun person to work with.

These permanent positions can be located in any of our Wärtsilä locations globally.

Responsibilities as a Project Manager:

• Lead and manage FICO 2.0 development projects and ensure the expected benefit realization and strategic value of the project.
• All areas of project management, with emphasis on stakeholder management, communications and change management.
• Contribute to FICO transformation and coach/support teams in succeeding in development projects.
• Contribute to development of FICO project portfolio and project management practices.

Qualifications:

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Economics & Business Administration or Information Technology.
• 5+ years project management experience and proven track record in an organization operating in global environment.
• Good understanding of FICO processes and operations.
• PMP or similar project management certificate is seen as an advantage.
• Professional change management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and teambuilding skills.
• Passionate, proactive, and goal-focused attitude to work.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
