I’m Jussi Jääskeläinen, Chief Architect and Head of Solution Architecture UC team in CPS PA Communication, Product Unit Unified Communication and I’m looking for a Solution Architect to work in Unified Communication domain. Product Area Communication is the common product house for all the B2B communication services within Telia footprint.

You will be joining Solution Architecture UC team, that has accountability for developing and operating Communication Service Hub, our inhouse enabler for almost all our Unified Communication services. In addition, we collaborate with different Unified Communication domain products, support, and work with them related to architecture, development, and operations.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Have the Solution Architect role for the Touchpoint family of Unified Communication products, based on Dstny Core Cloud PBX (Telepo) in all our markets.
- Be a key member of the agile team(s) working with development of our Touchpoint area products and services.
- Participate in the operations and support of our Touchpoint family products but especially our VIP service in Finland.
- Spearhead the cloudification of our Touchpoint area, be vital part of the work migrating to modern cloud-based service.
- Drive innovation and especially usage of AI to benefit our development, operations, and services towards our end-customers for the Touchpoint area but also in more generic for the whole Unified Communication area.

Due the security and other requirements connected to this role, you must live in Finland and have EU citizenship, Finnish citizenship being highly preferred. Finnish language is not mandatory, but naturally it is seen as a benefit, working with a Finnish environment and stakeholders.
This is a senior role with broad requirements and long experience expected.
Your personal competencies:

Your Experience:
- Over 10 years of experience working within Unified Communication and specifically with the Telepo product. This experience must be in the deeper system level, not just on the usage/UI level or on customer solution level. Not having experience with Telepo is seen as a major disadvantage.
- Over 10 years of working with voice and SIP signalling. Tracing and analysing SIP using tools like Wireshark is seen mandatory and will be verified.
- Experience working with IMS networks.
- Good operations experience working with Linux OS.
- Strong background working with IP networking.
- Programming skills, not just scripting, are seen as major advantage. All the modern ways of working require programming competence.
- Good knowledge in the AI area, to be demonstrated how you are using AI in your workflows and services you have worked with.
- Experience, understanding and alignment with agile way of working, devops principles. Knowledge of SAFe is seen as a benefit.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Long experience working in international companies and environments, with remotely diverse teams.
