You will be joining our R&amp;D team preferably in Finland, Portugal or UK.</p> <p>Together we are building a world-class solution for space and assortment planning and optimization for our retail customers.</p> <p><strong>Join us as a (Senior) Engineering Manager, and this is some of what you’ll be doing: </strong></p> <p>As an Engineering Manager you will be making sure the new team will be and teams nearby are aligned on and efficiently working towards our key objectives, enabling and leading the development team(s) to reach their full potential and the targeted product outcomes. You will also collaborate with Product Managers and Architects in breaking down the longer-term goals into concrete product outcomes, and work with the team in refining them into concrete work items on the short-term roadmap and team backlog.
