They can work in a flexible way, remote or in-office - after all, they contribute to all our achievements, so we reward them with genuine work-life balance and access to every opportunity.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><span class="EOP SCXW114654567 BCX8" data-ccp-props="{}">Join us as a <strong>Test and Environment Manager</strong>&nbsp;in Helsinki or Lisbon, and this is some of <strong>what you’ll be doing</strong>:</span></p> <ul> <li>As an independent contributor, Lead and manage the testing process within an Agile development environment.</li> <li>Coordinate with development teams to understand project requirements and prioritize testing efforts accordingly.</li> <li>Develop and implement test plans, strategies, and methodologies to ensure comprehensive test coverage.</li> <li>Oversee the creation and execution of test cases and test scripts, ensuring adherence to testing standards and best practices.</li> <li>Leading exploratory testing and problem-solving sessions with the teams</li> <li>Assist interdepartmental teams in managing their test environments, including configuration, provisioning, and maintenance, to support testing activities.</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, risks, and dependencies affecting testing and environment readiness.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and environments, leveraging automation and other tools as appropriate.</li> <li>Provide leadership and mentorship to testing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.</li> <li>Supporting the Release Manager on the quality metrics and status for release readiness</li> <li>Collaboration with QA Managers and stakeholders in applying the Quality Framework and Strategy.</li> </ul> <p><strong>We are looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in Test Management</li> <li>Solid understanding of testing methodologies, quality assurance principles, and software development lifecycle.</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.</li> <li>Hands-on test automation and hands-on experience with automation tools.</li> <li>Knowledge on performance, site, and reliability engineering</li> <li>Fluent English communication skills&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>RELEX </strong><strong>Finland</strong></p> <p>RELEXians can be found around the world, but here we’re based in Helsinki.
