This role gives you the opportunity to develop, manage and maintain a number of HR and surrounding Business Support IT solutions that serve the future needs of all employees at Orion.

This position is new to Orion.

Description of the position

We are looking for a results oriented HR IT professional to join us in the Business IT Services team within the Information Management department. You will ensure that we have the optimal solutions to enable Human Resource processes at Orion. You are responsible for supporting Key Users, solving problems (2^nd level) and continuously improving and maintaining our solutions through their lifecycle. You also work closely with HR and other business stakeholders to identify and implement enhancements for the existing IT solutions, identify new IT-enabled opportunities and ways of working to drive our HR and Business support capabilities forward.

Your responsibilities include the following:

- Supporting, developing and maintaining number of HR and other business supporting applications as well as associated integrations
- Solving issues and identifying and implementing enhancements in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
- Participating in larger projects as well as smaller enhancement work
- Managing the end to end life cycle of in-scope IT applications in a regulated environment
- Collaborating closely with Application Key Users and broad range of internal and external stakeholders

Your primary location is Espoo or Turku, Finland.

Description of unit

Orion’s Information Management employs 85 people in several locations. The position resides in the Business IT Services team within the IM organisation, and will be working in a close collaboration with the IT Service Manager for HR services.

Requirements

To be a successful IT Solution Expert for the offered position, ideally you would have the following qualifications:

- Application management experience with corporate HR applications, preferably with Oracle Cloud HCM and SAP ERP HCM
- Prior experience and understanding on working with corporate Learning Management Solutions
- Proven technical competences and experience on integrations, access management, IT service management and application documentation
- Business acumen combined with an ability to understand the end to end processes and associated application architecture
- Prior experience and interest to broaden the application scope also beyond the HR applications seen as an advantage  
- Applicable education and degree from a relevant field is appreciated 

To be considered for this role, you will communicate fluently in Finnish and English. You possess growth mindset and curiousness for different solutions and new ways of working.
