We are now looking for a

Master's Thesis Candidate to work on the Proof of Concept Process of an Innovative Energy Storage Material

We are looking for a qualified enthusiastic MSc candidate preferably from a related Aalto University’s MSc programs in the areas of chemical, materials, or energy engineering or related fields. The thesis is fully funded and will be conducted under the umbrella of a Business Finland project. The candidate will be instructed and supported by the project consortium.

Your role and goals

  • Literature review

  • Materials development in bigger scale and characterization

  • Proof of concept thermal measurements

  • Thesis report

Your experience and ambitions

The fulfill the project targets the candidate needs to have a good knowledge and understanding of

  • Chemical, Materials or Energy engineering

  • Familiarity with common material characterization methods

  • Work or training experience in materials or chemistry/chemical engineering labs

  • Familiarity with Thermal measurements

  • Good communication skills in English
