Key Responsibilities

• Customer Focus: Learning to Lead the teams PI Planning to align product objectives with customer expectations and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Backlog Management : Assisting with the communication of product vision as well as business, technology, and protection capability roadmaps to the teams.
• Metrics and Reporting: Establishing and tracking the product metrics to monitor performance and identify areas needing attention.
• Collaboration with Teams: Working closely with other Product Owners and with different teams within the Organization, such as development, testing, and QA, to embed excellent product management practices in their workflows.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in processes, practices, and products, and working with teams to implement these changes.
• Product Assurance and Control: Assisting with the development of product standards and ensuring they are adhered to throughout the ART.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential product risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
• Compliance and Standards Adherence: Ensuring that the products and processes comply with relevant standards and regulatory requirements.

What are we looking for?

• Technical Expertise and Leadership Skills: You should have a foundation in Agile principles, methodologies, tools, and to help guide and mentor the team.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills: Ability to express yourself concisely in English, whilst capturing the essential and relevant elements, also for non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of Agile principles and methodologies: Particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Adaptability and Curiosity : Embrace diverse challenges with an eager mindset, continuously learning and finding excitement in new experiences.
• Opportunity and Collaboration: You will be part of a dynamic environment that spans across the entire business and have the unique opportunity to work alongside experienced stakeholders, including Product Owners (POs) and Project Managers (PMs).
