We are looking for a Specialist, Supplier Cyber Assurance with a main responsibility in executing third party cyber risk management ensuring it to be effective within the Cyber Governance, Risk and Assurance (GRA) team. This is a temporary position for 6 months. Preferred location is either Helsinki, Finland, Trieste, Italy, or Singapore.

Your role and responsibilities  


As a Specialist, Supplier Cyber Assurance, you will be responsible for executing important aspects of Cyber GRA as they pertain to the organisation, in the context of Supplier Cyber Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the implementation of a global third party cyber risk management programme for the organisation
  • Implement and execute campaigns to address emerging threats which may impact the organisation's supply chain
  • Process daily third party cyber security alerts
  • Work with stakeholders including third parties to remediate vulnerabilities and improve the organisation's overall supply chain cyber security maturity
  • Perform cyber security assessments of suppliers and their supply

Requirements for the position

  • Good reporting and documentation skills
  • Fluent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English, verbal & written
  • Independent, self-driven

Hands-on experience in (at least three of the areas)

  • Supplier Risk Assessments
  • Third Party Risk Management
  • Supplier sourcing agreements
  • Continuous monitoring alert handling
  • ISO27001

To be able to succeed in the position, we expect you to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Cyber Security, Security, or equivalent professional experience
  • Cyber Security certification or formal training
  • Knowledge of applicable cyber security standards and regulations
  • Knowledge of common supplier assessment & monitoring tools
