We are seeking a highly skilled Atlassian System Specialist to lead the technical ownership and operational support of RELEX’s Jira ecosystem during a critical and complex application transition. This is not a typical admin role — we need a systems expert who combines deep Atlassian product knowledge with scripting ability and an understanding of business-critical workflows across multiple functions.  You will be embedded in the IT Operations team and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Jira Guild members, service delivery leads, and project managers to stabilize and evolve Jira as a shared service platform.  This role is instrumental in enabling the successful transition from a decentralized Jira Guild support model to a scalable, IT Ops-led service delivery model.
