Join our team as a Sales Manager SEA, based in our HQ in Helsinki/ Finland or home office/The Netherlands and be part of a company that truly values work-life balance and prioritizes your wellbeing. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for sales, channel & relationships to join our fast growing ‘Rest of the World’ team.
The role is a hybrid role including both Channel sales and Direct touch and is responsible for a broad landscape of countries within Asia and Oceania. Driving both the partner landscape as being the first point of contact for our value-add distributor locally.
As a Sales Manager at WithSecure, you will have the flexibility and autonomy to design your own schedule, giving you the opportunity to balance your work and personal life seamlessly. This is a fully remote role (NL based) or HQ based (FL based) with the responsibility to grow the regional business through our existing and new partners with an ambitious plan that has been set with the local distributor. You will be assisted by our Regional Team of Sales Engineers and Sales Managers from Europe and local contact throughout Asia & Oceania.
Key Responsibilities
- Attract and recruit new growth partners and new end customers
- Work extensively with our local key distributor in order to execute our 2-year plan.
- Nurture existing partner relationships and increase retention and up sell of existing customers and partners
- Develop and implement (new) sales strategies to maximize business opportunities, ARR driven
- Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales success
- Optimize the usage of our complete portfolio of services and software via up & cross sale
- Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Cooperate closely with Marketing colleagues to implement local marketing activities
- Capacity to deploy and maintain complex sales cycles
- Develop our SAAS company with baseline security sales via bundle initiatives
What are we looking for?
- Proven senior experience in (channel) sales
- Fluent in English is essential (company language), Mandarin is a big plus
- Experience in a SAAS growth company
- Knowledge of the local market (Partners and Customers)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively and qualify as a self-starter with drive
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Passion for achieving results and exceeding ARR goals
- Positive growth mindset & winner mentality
- Knowledge about the cyber security field will help you be more effective quicker is a big plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce will help you to be effective faster aid you in getting started faster
