At WithSecure Finance, we run highly centralized finance services supporting all Group operations. Our Financial Accounting, Tax and Treasury team is a closely knit and diverse group of professionals located in Helsinki. In our operational model, we aim for high efficiency, quality and continuous development. Utilizing finance systems in the best possible way to reach our goals is at the core of our daily work.

Key Responsibilities

• Take over WithSecure legal entities day to day accounting tasks

• Processing of daily accounting transactions

• Month end closing tasks related to specific legal entities including payroll journal entries, reconciliations, bank reconciliations and accruals

• Support in preparation of statutory financial statements,

• Providing the necessary information to the tax authorities, auditors etc

• Potential Process ownership of specific accounting areas (such as VAT, payroll)

• Development of accounting processes generating efficiency through use of AI and automation

• Possibility to participate in group consolidation related tasks

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent.

• 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting, experience in a SaaS company is beneficial

• Ability to work collaboratively across all levels and functions of the organization as well as with external stakeholders.

• Genuine interest in understanding finance systems and developing them as part of the overall R2R process development

• Able to work in deadline-thriven environment

• Verbal and written communication skills in English

• Experience in rapidly changing environments and change resilience
