At WithSecure Finance, we run highly centralized finance services supporting all Group operations. Our Financial Accounting, Tax and Treasury team is a closely knit and diverse group of professionals located in Helsinki. In our operational model, we aim for high efficiency, quality and continuous development. Utilizing finance systems in the best possible way to reach our goals is at the core of our daily work.

Key Responsibilities

• Take over WithSecure Accounts payable/Accounts receivable tasks
• Processing of invoice, development of automated registrations and approval flows
• Developing processes such as vendor onboarding to enable automated processing
• Processing and checking travel claims
• Knowledge of daily allowances, VAT and deductibility of various expenses
• Assisting with month-end closing
• Developing travel claim processes through use of AI and automation
• Allocation of incoming payments to the open customer invoices
• Automation of the incoming cash process
• Credit controlling tasks, following up on overdue invoices with the sales team and customers

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting, experience in a SaaS company is beneficial
• Ability to work collaboratively across all levels and functions of the organization as well as with external stakeholders
• Genuine interest in understanding finance systems and developing them as part of the overall P2P process development
• Able to work in deadline-thriven environment
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
