My name is Layal Geha, and I lead the IoT Platforms team, the technical hub for IoT Connectivity solutions. We are responsible for designing, architecting, and ensuring the secure, high-quality execution of solutions that meet both our portfolio needs and customer requirements.

As an IoT Lead Architect, you’ll...
…lead the architecture for IoT connectivity solutions across cellular technologies (NB-IoT, LTE-M, 5G), IoT SIM, Connectivity Management Platforms (CMP), enterprise architecture, and network-related domains.

You’ll shape and implement IoT solutions that address real-world customer needs. You’ll drive innovation, ensure technical excellence, and align designs with business goals while collaborating across teams and partners to deliver secure, scalable, and future-ready IoT connectivity.

Who we're looking for

A strategic leader with proven experience (7+ years) working with IoT connectivity, telecom, or large-scale networked systems.

You have hands-on expertise in system design, integration, and technical decision-making, along with deep knowledge of cellular IoT (NB-IoT, LTE-M, 5G), mobile network architecture, roaming, SIM and eSIM technologies, CMPs, and backhaul services.

You combine strong communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams and translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
