You will join our fast-growing business and have a pivotal role in developing our replenishment solutions. Forecasting & Replenishment Experts work at the intersection of business and technology and are key players in ensuring that the products we build will be world-class.</div> </div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"> What you’ll be doing: </div> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li>Translate identified customer needs to effective solutions together with the team, working in all stages of product development, from idea to general availability</li> <li>Run pilots with feature prototypes and ensure high-quality results</li> <li>Ensure that the product is easy to use and implement by defining, maintaining, and developing implementation guidelines and training materials</li> <li>Act as a product expert and provide support for customer teams working in challenging customer cases</li> </ul> <div class="p-rich_text_section">What you’ll bring to the table: </div> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li>Strong understanding of retail processes on forecasting and replenishment</li> <li>Proficiency with Relex F&R product: Business rules, database, workspace, and ability to configure new solutions using these components</li> <li>Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on all organizational levels</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously</li> <li>Capability and motivation to pick up and learn new concepts fast and put learnings into use effectively</li> </ul> <div class="p-rich_text_section">What we consider as a bonus:</div> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Competence in data and analytics</li> </ul> Note that you don’t need to fulfil everything from the above lists.
