Position Overview:
Do you have experience in a Deal Desk or Sales Operations role in B2B SaaS? We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and commercially savvy professional to join our team as a Deal Operations Lead supporting Mid-Market and Global Accounts. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Product, and Finance, supporting high-value deals across the world and advising our commercial decision making based on the collective insights from these deals.
You’ll play a key role in evolving our Deal Desk function into a more strategic, data-driven, and advisory-focused partner for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Deal Advisory
Partner with our commercial field teams to craft the best proposal for our highest value business opportunities, using your knowledge of B2B SaaS Sales, quantitative strengths and perspective across our global commercial operations.
RFP Process Development
Collaborate with Product and Solutions Engineering to help us build a strong, scalable RFP process, supported by AI but made world-class by our people.
Maintain & Continuously Improve Deal Operations
Handle deal approvals on a daily basis. Recommend process and policy changes to improve deal handling. Create templates and training materials to be included in Sales training in order to enable better and faster handling of large deals. Work with our Salesforce development team to drive improvements in the way we handle RFPs and large deals in Salesforce.
Deliver Insights on Pricing & Business Model Impacts
Provide insights and feedback to our business on pricing models and business strategies—past, present, and future using a combination of quantitative analysis and case studies from your work with specific deals.
Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience working with RFPs or strategic deal processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and commercial operations.
- Proficiency in Power BI, or Tableau (Excel wizards willing to grow their skills in these tools also welcome!).
- Proven ability to own documentation and maintain process consistently.
