Sales Engineer

Job duties:
As a Sales Engineer on our Finland-focused Nordic team, you’ll:
- Work closely with account managers and partners to plan and execute sales activities.
- Deliver engaging webinars, presentations, workshops, and proof-of-value demonstrations.
- Translate customer needs into effective solution using WithSecure Elements products and co-security services.
- Co-sell with partners, help them to position value, resolve technical concerns, and scale their WithSecure business in customer base.
- Onboard new partners, host training webinars and hands-on sessions.
- Influence product development by sharing partner and customer feedback to R&D and Product Management.
This is a hybrid role with regular on-site meetings in our Jätkäsaari office in Helsinki.
What are we looking for?
- Technical background such as a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or other relevant work history.
- 3+ years in pre-sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical B2B sales.
- Solid fundamentals in networks, endpoints, identity, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- A track record of meeting or beating sales targets/KPIs.
- Native-level Finnish and fluent English. Swedish is a plus.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Self-motivation and ability to perform independent work without constant supervision.
- You pick up new concepts fast, can fit them into the big picture, and explain them simply.
- Willingness to travel overnight. You’ll travel 20+ days per year for customer visits and company events primarily in Finland.
In the end we will hire for knowledge, skills and potential - not education or certificates.
Bonus points:
- Experience working with MSPs, VARs, and distributors in a channel-first model.
- Familiarity with WithSecure Elements or similar cyber security platforms.
- Hands-on SOC, IR, or adversary simulation experience.
- API and scripting skills.
