About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on HR expertise with business partnering to deliver value across the organization. Acting as a connector between HR and business leaders, you will help shape the people strategy and be an enabler for organizational change.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in the full spectrum of HR activities, with demonstrated experience in M&A integration, organizational change management as well as digital and automation transformation projects
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR business partner to leaders, building strong relationships and providing guidance on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive change management initiatives, equipping leaders and employees with the tools and support needed to navigate transformation.
- Partner with senior leadership to deliver digital, automation transformation projects, including HR systems enhancements, process redesign, and the adoption of AI technologies.
- Support and advise managers on complex employee relations, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Use HR data and insights to shape decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with Head of Talent management for creation and delivery of learning & development programs aligned to business needs, employee growth, and future capability requirements.
- Lead HR workstreams in any potential M&A activities, including due diligence, organizational design, day one readiness and integration planning.
- Champion employee engagement and culture, fostering an environment of collaboration, trust, and high performance.
- Ensure HR practices remain compliant with legal requirements and aligned to business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including a proven track record in business partnering roles.
- Experience leading HR components of M&A and post-merger integration, day one readiness.
- Demonstrated success in change management and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Excellent problem-solving ability, resilience, and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
- Deep knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and compliance standards.
- Experience embedding Agile practices into People and Talent ways of working, enabling cross-functional collaboration, faster talent initiatives, and adaptive people strategies that align with evolving business needs.
