We are looking for a ESG Controller with a main responsibility You will act as administrator for sustainability data reporting tool (SoFi) and responsible for collection, validation and consolidation of the CSRD reporting. The preferred location for this position is Helsinki, Finland. We offer a possibility to hybrid remote work.

Your role and responsibilities 

As a ESG Controller your work will include data collection, validation and consolidation for CSRD reporting, developing the controls over CSRD reporting, manage and administrate the sustainability data reporting tool (Sofi), update of Sofi´s emission factor database and act as key contact in CSRD data assurance. You’ll be working as a part of Corporate Accounting & Reporting team and with close interaction with the Sustainability team with diverse expertise.

Requirements for the position:

  • M.Sc., Econ. combined with at least 3-5 years’ proven experience in financial reporting and excellent understanding of internal controls in a global business
  • Interest in the application development  
  • Excellent understanding of finance processes combined with development-minded attitude  
  • Ability to drive change initiatives independently. Project management skills are an advantage
