We are looking for a Facility and Project Manager with a main responsibility in facility management and project management. The preferred location for this permanent position is Vaasa, Finland.
Your role and responsibilities:
As a Facility and Project Manager, your work will include leading of construction project: everything from design, permits, procurement and facilitate the project. The work also includes development and maintenance of existing buildings. The tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You’ll be working as a part of small but energic and dedicated Real Estate team with diverse expertise.
Your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- To lead construction project
- To develop our facilities together with business units
- Maintenance of our facilities
- Optimize our facility portfolio
- Coordinate our strategic partners
To be able to succeed in the position, we expect you to have:
- As an ideal candidate you have a BSc or MSc Technical education and a proven track record of work experience from similar duties
- Minimum 10-15 years of work experience in project management of civil works
- Common experience in cost estimation
- Experience in leading design teams, handling building permits and time schedules
- Common experience in technical facility maintenance and contract work in the factory environment
- IT skills; MS Office, CAD
- Languages; Good English, Finnish, and Swedish
- Customer-focused team player who can perform by him/herself but also in a team
- Able to handle stress and different situations in a controlled and structured way
