Overview
We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on HR leader to partner with executive teams in shaping and delivering a world-class people strategy within a fast-paced, private equity–backed SaaS environment.
This role blends strategic influence with practical execution, — ideal for someone who thrives in transformation, understands the nuances of scaling technology businesses globally, and is adept at driving value creation through people, culture, and organizational agility.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to global business leadership, ensuring the people agenda directly enables business growth, performance, and value realization.
- Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead HR due diligence, integration, and cultural alignment for acquisitions across multiple geographies. Partner closely with executive teams to assess leadership capability, organizational readiness, and talent risk.
- Transformation & Growth: Design and execute transformation initiatives that accelerate scalability, optimize structures, and enhance leadership effectiveness across a high-growth SaaS business model.
- AI and Workforce Analytics: Champion the use of data, analytics, and AI to inform decisions, improve talent acquisition and retention, and create predictive workforce insights that align with business outcomes.
- Hands-On Delivery: Operate strategically while being actively involved in execution — from leading leadership assessments to embedding change programs and working directly with teams to deliver measurable impact.
- Culture & Leadership Development: Strengthen leadership capability and organizational culture to align with high-performance, innovation, and customer-centric values typical of SaaS growth environments.
- Talent & Capability Building: Develop and implement scalable frameworks for talent management, succession, and capability development across global markets.
Qualifications
- Senior HR leadership experience within a private equity–backed or high-growth SaaS/technology business.
- Demonstrated success in leading HR aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and integrations on a global scale.
- Proven expertise in transformation, organizational design, and change management.
- Strong literacy in HR analytics, digital tools, and AI applications for talent strategy.
- Hands-on leader who combines strategic insight with practical execution and delivery.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced qualification preferred.
