We are seeking a performance-driven and partner-focused  (This is a fixed-term contract until 31.10.2026) SMB Sales Manager DACH to accelerate our growth in the SMB segment across the DACH territory. This role is responsible for executing the regional SMB go-to-market (GTM) strategy in close alignment with the Head of SMB, managing the daily performance of our distributor and reseller ecosystem, and ensuring reseller consolidation and consistent growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from the channel.

You will be hands-on working with selected distributors in enabling partners, supporting joint pipeline development, driving channel-led opportunities, and ensuring our value proposition for SMB cybersecurity solutions is effectively delivered to the market. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, metrics-oriented, and experienced in channel-led sales models.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Sales Execution

  • Execute the territory-level SMB GTM plan in collaboration with the Head of SMB and key distributors.
  • Drive partner-led pipeline generation, sales enablement, and deal acceleration with a clear focus on ARR targets.
  • Support partner sales teams in identifying, qualifying, and closing SMB opportunities, including joint customer engagements.

Partner Engagement & Enablement

  • Build strong day-to-day relationships with distributor and reseller teams — becoming a trusted advisor and primary contact for SMB sales.
  • Deliver and support partner enablement sessions, product training, and campaign execution to maximize partner readiness.
  • Promote adoption of digital sales and partner platforms to scale productivity and improve channel experience.

Performance & Forecasting

  • Track partner performance across SMB KPIs including pipeline, conversion rates, and deal velocity.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems for deal tracking, forecasting, and territory reporting.
  • Provide weekly updates and insights to the Head of SMB on trends, blockers, and opportunities within the territory.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with channel marketing to support in-market campaigns, webinars, and lead-gen activities for SMBs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., product, technical pre-sales, customer success) to support key partner opportunities or escalations.
  • Provide feedback to product teams on SMB market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in channel sales, partner account management, or SMB sales in the technology sector.
  • Proven success working with or through distributors and resellers in a quota-carrying or business development capacity.
  • Strong understanding of the SMB customer journey, sales cycle, and buying behaviours.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), digital sales tools, and partner portals.
  • Results-oriented with strong execution skills and a proactive approach to pipeline building.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — both written and verbal.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in cybersecurity or adjacent B2B SaaS markets.
  • Knowledge of Tier-2 distribution models and reseller consolidation strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital sales enablement, channel automation platforms, and virtual selling.
  • Fluent in English and German languages for partner engagement.
