Role Overview:

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI-native developer to design, build, and scale end-to-end AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact. This role combines deep technical expertise with business acumen and a consultative mindset, enabling you to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and real-world enterprise challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement full-stack AI solutions leveraging modern architectures and frameworks.
• Develop and operationalize Generative AI applications, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Integrate AI-native tooling and agentic workflows into business processes for automation and decision support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineering, product, business stakeholders) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Optimize data pipelines and AI models using Databricks and AWS cloud services for performance and cost efficiency.
• Champion AI-native thinking across the organization, driving adoption of best practices and emerging technologies.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic input on AI opportunities and guiding clients or internal teams through solution design and implementation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in building and deploying full-stack AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong proficiency with Databricks, AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, etc.), and modern data engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs) and orchestration tools.
• Solid software engineering background (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, API development, containerization).
• AI-native mindset: ability to design solutions that leverage AI as a core capability, not an add-on.
• Business acumen: understanding of how AI drives value in different business contexts.
• Consultative approach: ability to engage stakeholders, run workshops, and co-create solutions.
• Familiarity with MLOps, data governance, and security best practices in AI deployments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multi-cloud architectures and data democratization strategies.
• Exposure to agentic AI systems and autonomous workflows.
• Track record of delivering AI transformation projects in enterprise environments.
