About the Role

We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to establish and evolve quality practices across our Salesforce platform and supporting systems.
This role combines process ownership with hands-on testing, ensuring that quality is embedded throughout our development and release lifecycle.
You’ll work closely with developers and product owners to define test strategies, execute functional and regression testing, and progressively introduce automation. This position offers the opportunity to grow into a lead or strategic quality role as our Salesforce ecosystem matures.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, document, and improve testing and quality processes aligned with Agile and DevOps principles.
• Design and execute functional, regression, and integration tests for Salesforce configurations, custom code, and APIs.
• Create reusable manual test cases and collaborate on automation framework planning and implementation.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to ensure testability, proper coverage, and continuous quality improvements.
• Manage defects and testing progress using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps, and track key quality metrics.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure readiness for release.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience & Knowledge

• 1+ years of experience in a formal testing, QA, or analyst role (software or IT).
• Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce Platform (Admin/User perspective required).
• Familiarity with Salesforce concepts such as Custom Objects, Fields, Profiles, Permission Sets, Flows, and Security settings.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment (Scrum or Kanban).
• Strong proficiency in AI technologies and tools.
• Proven experience in applying AI solutions to solve real-world business or technical challenges.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and continuous learning mindset to keep up with evolving AI technologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting defects and results.

• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python).
• Exposure to or understanding of test automation tools (Salesforce or non-Salesforce).
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and how testing integrates into a modern DevOps pipeline.
