SAP Solution Architect

to join our team in in our EA unit in Espoo, Finland.

In SAP Solution Architect role, you lead and build large SAP solutions and participate in sales cases and in internal offering development. In this role you work close to sales and project pipeline in SAP domain and proactively identify opportunities and develop the business accordingly.

About your role and how to succeed in it

To succeed in this role, you have consultative mindset and strong customer focus with extensive SAP solution background. Understanding customer requirements, scoping, discovering and defining end-to-end solutions and explaining business benefits is essential in this role.

During the sales phase, capability to create SAP S/4HANA transformation roadmaps is natural part of your role. You are also shaping the solution plan and delivery approach for SAP S/4HANA transformations.

In implementation projects, you will direct solution decisions to complex client problems across the SAP landscape and throughout the project/program lifecycle. You will provide subject matter expertise and guidance on best practices. You are experienced in managing and leading teams in multiple locations and with offshore delivery model.

You have been working with SAP solutions 10+ years and are experienced with different S/4HANA possibilities and Fiori, integrations and cloud solutions, etc. You are passionate in following SAP trends and new innovations within SAP markets and associated technologies. You are courageous and able to challenge preset standards across organization while collaborating seamlessly with everyone to achieve goals. You are a true team player with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Finnish language skills is preferred, location in Helsinki Metropolitan area.
