Responsibilities:

• Responsible for device roadmap; finding accurate information about suitable devices and their availability (release dates, end-of-life dates), keeps information updated regularly.
• Performs device evaluation and device selection.
• Responsible for product usability with new devices; implementing prototypes and conducting tests.
• Prepares technical documentation of product and conducts reviews.
• Conducts the unit testing for compatibility and functionality
• Performs bug verification, testing and implementation support for assigned products. 
• Researches problems discovered by Validation or Product Support and develop solutions to the problems.
• May perform design, implementation and maintenance of product modules/sub-systems.
• May assist in performing on-site client work on applications.
• Researches and understands the requirements for a product, including target environment, performance criteria and competitive issues.
• Travel may be required.
• Other responsibilities assigned as required.

Requirements:

• M.Sc/B.Sc  Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems .
• Minimum of four years of programming experience including C# programming and preferably Java programming.
• Able to work independently
• Able to work in close cooperation with Logistics team and Logistic subcontractors
• In depth knowledge of company’s Development process
• Must have experience with Java and XML
• Must have the capacity to learn emerging technologies.
• Must be a team oriented person with a “can do” attitude.
