Ericsson Finland employs close to 800 professionals, the majority of whom work in Kirkkonummi, 25 minutes away from the Helsinki city center. We are now looking for a HR Generalist/Partner to our Kirkkonummi site!

The Opportunity:

As an HR Generalist/Partner you will work as part of our People team and as a dedicated HR Partner to dedicated business units.

  • You will own both tactical day-to-day HR activities, as well as the roll-out of our People programs
  • Build a partnership with our leaders in your dedicated business units by providing consultation, guidance, metrics, support, and development to increase the effectiveness and engagement of their organization
  • You will both participate and lead special projects and best in class initiatives
  • You will be part of our collaborative HR Business Partner/HR Generalist model, partnering and providing support to HRBPs, as well as our global teams (Total Rewards, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Learning and Development) to deploy solutions directly to the business
  • You’ll work directly with our leaders on a variety of tasks ranging from employee relations, performance management and development, compliance with directives/local law, and driving the people strategy
  • Fully engage in multiple People activities in a fast-paced team environment
  • You’ll use your Project Management skills to lead projects and influence/obtain buy-in and drive execution and achievement of the desired results

    

You have:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field with 3-5 years of corporate HR experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a high volume and fast paced environment as well as to respond constructively and flexibly in the face of ambiguity
  • Desire to partner with a high-performing and collaborative global HR team and leaders
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and collective agreements
  • Genuine interest in market trends and Best in Class practices
  • Experience of multinational matrix organizations and working in virtual teams will benefit you in this role
  • Development mindset and willingness to lead HR development projects
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including strong skills in excel
