As Sales Development Manager within OEM Business line, your main purpose will be to develop the off-highway and transportation business in your region and manage sales in co-operation with the Danfoss Sales organization. Your region will be Finland, Sweden, Russia and the Baltic countries.
Your primary responsibilities
In the position as Sales Development Manager your key job functions include but are not limited to:
As Sales Development Manager within OEM Business line, your main purpose will be to develop the off-highway and transportation business in your region and manage sales in co-operation with the Danfoss Sales organization. Your region will be Finland, Sweden, Russia and the Baltic countries.
Your primary responsibilities
In the position as Sales Development Manager your key job functions include but are not limited to:
- Development of electrification sales in your region.
- Selection of the appropriate sales channel for new business in co-operation with Danfoss Power Solutions sales team.
- Development of the Sales Partner (Distributor) network for Electrification business.
- Management of the direct customers owned by Editron business unit in the region.
- Actively supporting the Danfoss Power Solutions sales team and joining them on customer visits to promote the Editron technology.

- A degree in engineering (electrical engineering preferred). A degree in other field with a combination of extensive work experience on a relevant field can be considered.
- Experience in electric drive systems and/or electromobility.
- Experience in off-highway mobile equipment (e.g. construction machines) or commercial vehicles business.
- Proven experience and track record in B2B sales or sales/business development.
- Customer-oriented mindset and good presentation skills.
- Excellent English skills, both in writing and in speech.
- Willingness to travel.
As this role requires interaction with people from different backgrounds and cultures, it is important that you are a strong communicator and have a good intercultural understanding.
