The MU S/4 MOVE leader will be working with the local and regional MOVE teams from GCO, DBS and Partners driving, coordinating, facilitating and executing the MOVE program in the Market Unit. Helping/ensuring our existing installed based customers embark on their journey to S/4HANA and understand “WHY” they should move, “WHAT” they should move and “HOW” they should tackle it best. In this role, the MU S/4 MOVE leader will be responsible to proactively engage with all MU MOVE relevant teams’

stakeholders.(Program-driven and execution-focused leader)

Key Task

• Defining the MU specific MOVE GTM/strategy based in Regional & Global provided content

• Forming of a local MOVE Core/SWAT team to ensure alignment and collaboration within the MU (Sales, Services, Partner, Marketing, IVE, Business Development, Presales)

• Creating and executing MU-specific MOVE program/activities that comprises all required stakeholders, work streams and leverages support from the Regional MOVE team proactively (such as demand generation activities, campaigns, local field enablement and partners)

• Acting as a MOVE ambassador and sponsor for MU customers

• Frequently aligning with the Regional MOVE Lead, COO´s – on MOVE metric e2e, methodology, tools and best practices

• Maintaining oversight and reporting on the progress of MOVE (pipeline, top opportunities, ...)

• Curating and managing the continuous sharing of best practices within the MU and exchange with the Region. Ensuring feedback from the field is leveraged for continuous improvement of the Move program and tools

• Building key relationships within GCO and other board areas to ensure the MOVE Engagement modes are embraced

• Driving demand generation, planning & execution together with the local Business Development

Experience

• 10+ years of relevant presales, sales support or partnering, field services, industry experience is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science is required.

• 10+ years in software, presales, consulting or product management.

Experience in:

• Program Management

• Stakeholder Management

• Sales and Sales Processes

• Delivery of high-volume short duration work packages

• Building and motivating virtual teams education

• Bachelor equivalent: minimum requirement

• Master equivalent: optional

• MBA / Ph.D.: optional

Professional Training & Certification

• Value Engineering

• Industry Certification

• ERP – S/4HANA knowledge
