Technical Specialists

to join TietoEVRY Healthcare Finland Deployment team to work with Healthcare products and the servers used by our products.

In our team, you’ll be working as a member of our group of technical specialists. Our activities are directed to supporting the healthcare systems and they include delivery, installation, configuration and maintenance tasks, as well as technical consulting regarding the implementation of our Healthcare products and a general healthcare IT infrastructure in customer environments. In this role you’ll get opportunities to participate in creating new IT solutions, services and products. You’ll also participate in the full implementation lifecycle.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

• Experience and deep understanding on IT services and solutions in the healthcare domain
• Proven skills on working in the healthcare sector & providing support for the healthcare specialists
• Experience on virtualization and Microsoft technologies/products (operating systems for servers and workstations, AD and PowerShell)
• Understanding on Microsoft SQL Server and TSQL
• Fluent Finnish (mandatory) and good English language skills

You are familiar with IIS-services and integrations used in healthcare sector. Knowledge of data communications, ITIL, and Effica/Lifecare applications and interest towards installing healthcare solutions will be counted as an advantage. Preferably you have been working as a technical main-user in a healthcare organization.

As a person you are proactive, self-driven and service-minded in your work and delivering superior customer value is a top priority for you. In addition, you are self-motivated and have the confidence to take on full client responsibility. You value accountability highly in yourself and in others. This is important as we work as a team, often in challenging projects where each and everyone's effort is equally important. You have flexible and responsible personality with positive attitude and willingness to learn more.
