We are looking for a Front-End Developer (Helsinki or Tampere)

We at DNA aim to use the most cutting-edge technology to deliver high quality online services for both our consumer and business customers. Our online team is responsible for developing DNAs web shop, self-service portals, websites and mobile applications. In the development we use both our internal teams and selected vendors to create the best customer experience as possible. To do so, we use high end e-commerce and CMS platforms, but are also moving towards a Headless CMS and microservice architecture on top of cloud services.

We are looking for a Front-End Developer to be part of our small developer team. The person we are looking for is a strong team player who knows how to deliver high quality code and is interested in learning new technologies. We expect you to be fluent in English and have experience in agile working methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). Some knowledge of Finnish language is considered a bonus but is not mandatory as we work with multicultural teams using mostly English as the working language. We expect you to have software development experience and excellent coding skills in relevant technologies. Also, full-stack development for example Node.JS is to your advantage.

We expect that you have good knowledge and experience of HTML5, CSS3, REST/JSON and major Javascript frameworks (React, Vue and/or Angular). Our sites are built using mobile first design, so we expect that you know how to code responsive sites. Experience about SAP Commerce Cloud (former Hybris), Liferay, single page applications or Headless CMS architecture is also considered as a bonus.

Our head office is in Helsinki, next to Käpylä train station. For candidates from Tampere you will be located at our local Tampere office, but we also expect that you have the possibility to travel to our Helsinki head office when needed.
