Territory HR Manager

We are now looking for a Territory HR Manager for Sales Area Northern Europe, Territory Finland and Baltics. The position is based in Nokia, Finland.

Your role and responsibilities

As Territory HR Manager you will be a member of the Management team for Territory Finland and Baltics. You contribute to the development of the business strategy and drive HR initiatives in your area of responsibility. You are part of the Sales Area HR Team and in that context, you drive and have responsibility for some cross-Sales Area HR initiatives.You provide HR expertise and support to the achievement of business goals with accountability for developing the people capability within the area of responsibility. Driving employee surveys, Performance Management, Talent & Succession Planning within own territory and ensure proper induction training of all new employees, support Managers in driving change by offering expertise and tools. In addition, you align our Compensation & Benefits offering to Group and BA SMRT standards for salaries, Short term Incentives, Sales Incentive Plans, Annual Performance Pay and other benefits within area of responsibility. You will monitor and ensure compliance with group policies as well as securing the success of HR initiatives and processes through setting and/or follow up of relevant KPI's. Participate in Union negotiations and secure compliance to Finnish labor legislations. You source and facilitate the provision of services of other parts of HR and Communicate HR strategy initiatives and process updates to Managers within your responsibility.

You will report to Territory Manager Finland and Baltics with a dotted line to the HRBP Sales Area Northern Europe.

Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for someone with a degree in HR or similar field, minimum five years of experience working in HR in several different processes and multiple units/countries. Industry experience is highly valued. You have strong integrity and confidence. You encourage improvements, deliver results, and can balance being a part of a management team with challenging the same. We expect that you have good communication skills, are a role model with respect to people management and bring an inclusive perspective to your work.

English, both written and verbal is required for the role as well as willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
