About this opportunity

• Advanced financial analysis and modelling including acquisition scenarios and debt capacity evaluations
• Corporate and industry analysis to support on-going projects and transactions
• Analysing capital structures from credit risk and market perspectives including rating assessment on large Nordic corporates
• Taking responsibility of defined work streams at all stages of a transaction
• Following and understanding product development and trends

• Work independently and with different challenging engagements while still maintaining a high degree of quality

• For the Associate position we are looking for candidates with 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience, primarily in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Private Equity, Rating Agencies or similar
• Academic background with strong written and spoken communication skills in Finnish and English combined with strong knowledge of basic tools such as Excel and PowerPoint  
• A genuine team player with positive attitude 
• Fluent in Finnish and English
