Are you ready for the next step in your career?  Are you a professional with a passion to develop services sales further and who wants to move our customers’ performance forward?

As our business is growing we are now looking for a Head of Sales and Delivery support to join our Service Development team. In this new key role you, together with your team, will lead and develop our sales offering global sales support and develop processes for mapping out service offering potential early in sales processes.

Your key accountabilities are
  • to lead and coordinate global application team to support Paper and Pulp & Energy sales with relevant service offering and identifying resources need in sales cases
  • to lead and coordinate large service agreement sales between areas, business units and customer
  • to develop service offering content and create new business opportunities
  • to prepare and update Services sales strategy jointly with areas and capital sales

Who is the professional we are looking for?


To succeed in this role, you have
  • master's degree from relevant field of studies with work experience from a similar role in an international environment
  • demonstrated understanding of Paper & Pulp or Energy industry and business processes, particularly service business and agreements
  • ability to convert customer needs and opportunities into sales
  • strong track record in managing sales and multiple projects simultaneously in a global organization
  • excellent motivation and attitude, and ability to achieve results under pressure
  • excellent leadership skills

You are customer focused and service-minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to build and maintain good relationships with both external and internal clients. Because we work in a global matrix company you should have demonstrated success from a similar environment and be a strong communicator (written and verbal) in English. You develop relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, internally and externally, and in different cultures. Willingness and ability to travel heavily on an international basis.
