We are looking for three assistants to support us with a number of Back Office tasks in the Trade Finance Customer Services unit in Helsinki.

Your future responsibilities

You’ll join Trade Finance Customer Service Finland. Trade Finance has significant operations in all Nordic countries, Poland and International Units. TF Customer Service is responsible for the processing of letter of credits, guarantees, export finance and collection. As an Assistant, you will support our team back office related tasks e.g. scanning, mail handling, archiving etc. The role is based in Helsinki. The team concentrates on assisting other teams by supporting them in their back office related tasks that release their time for customers.
