We’re currently a team of seven with background in technology and want to strengthen our team with a Product Specialist / Sales Engineer who can help our customers to onboard and get most out of our product. Your daily duties would involve managing the customer lifecycle:

• Optimise the complete customer lifecycle including: onboarding, account growth, new feature adoption, and renewals

• Teach new and existing users through email and skype

• Conduct product demos

• Drive usage growth of the Screenful product

• Track metrics related to churn and other customer success measurements

• Identify and execute upsell opportunities

• Work as a liaison between customers and developers

• Engage with the ecosystem via blogging, industry events, and meetups

Qualifications

• You are based in Helsinki

• Previous experience in B2B (pre)sales in IT or related field

• Experience in delivering products to international markets

• Strong understanding of customer success techniques and strategies

• Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written

There are not mandatory but will help in this role

• Technical background and understanding of the software development process

• Familiarity with Atlassian tools, especially Jira

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Lean thinking

• Experience in building partnerships and distribution channels
