We are looking for a Project Manager to lead plant deliveries in the Minerals Processing delivery organization. We deliver state-of-the-art mineral processing equipment, optimized processes, including intelligent automation and control systems, as well as complete plants. Leading technologies are our core strength and we deliver technologies that enable our customers to improve their profitability in a sustainable way.

• Manage and lead plant solution delivery projects so that project targets regarding quality, scope, schedule, budget and customer satisfaction are achieved
• Lead the project team consisting of various disciplines and specialists
• Maintain good relationship with customer and other stakeholders
• Manage risks and change orders
• Report projects’ status to stakeholders
• Apply effectively Outotec’s business processes and tools
• Identify ‘add-on’ sales opportunities during project execution
• Support solution sales and services in tender preparations and participate in contract negotiation phase

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• At least 5 years experience in project management
• Experience in EPC type of projects is considered as benefit
• Understanding of commercial issues in a project
• Thorough knowledge of project management tools and methodology
• Proven ability to lead project teams with encouraging manner enhancing team spirit
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good knowledge of MS Office softwares
• Project management certification is seen as an asset
• Fluent communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel, including longer term working in project teams locating abroad
• Lead, share and care according to Outotec Principles
