KONE New Equipment (NEB) Business Development team is looking for a

PMO Specialist/Manager

to facilitate the NEB strategic programs PMO in collaboration with NEB Area teams. Location for the position is negotiable, but preferred in Espoo, Finland. Depending on your experience in PMO area you will be either a PMO Specialist or a PMO Manager. Your responsibilities will include independently managing and facilitating all the PMO related activities with NEB Area teams, for example organizing and facilitating meetings and ensuring related documentation is updated afterwards. You will also be responsible for all Kone Way related documentation, follow-up practices and reporting according to KONE Way guidance.  You will support the project managers' to ensure they have the needed documentation in place and reports are delivered on time

Main responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and drive the planning and implementation of NEB strategic programs with Areas, frontline units and Global teams (business, IT, R&D etc.)
• Develop and coordinate effective reporting and follow-up processes that support NEB strategic programs
• Organize regular governance between Area teams and Global NEB team to ensure close cooperation and quick corrective actions
• Support Business project owners in business case preparation and follow-through of benefit realization
• Support project owners to apply KONE project management model

• Create clarity on required resources on frontline level for successful implementation of each program and on the capacity of frontline units to implement several key programs at the same time
• Provide better understanding for global project managers on frontline unit change management challenges

Continuously develop portfolio management practices together with other PMOs and KONE project management model office, especially cross-portfolio alignment and agile ways of working

Ideally you will have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical or business science
• Good collaboration, communication and cross-cultural skills
• Experience from project management, change management and project management tools
• Good organizing skills with drive for results
• Initiative and proactive way of working with ability to work independently
• Experience in working with virtual teams
• Excellent IT skills in MS Office 365 tools, especially Excel and Teams, PPM tool (KONE project and portfolio management tool) knowledge is an asset
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel occasionally
