Accountor Finago is the manufacturer of the leading financial management software products in Finland and a part of Accountor Group’s SME software business. The software products are used by over 2,500 accounting offices and we serve over 120,000 companies in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Our product development team consists of over 100 people – it's a family of developers, testers, UX designers and domain experts, all working tightly together for a common goal. Our office is located in Keilaniemi, Espoo.

In Accountor Finago’s product development, you will work closely with our Design Team and Scrum Teams on different projects. We offer you challenging and rewarding tasks, awesome professionals as your colleagues and a great environment to work in. Besides UX/UI design, your task is to make sure customer-centric design methods (user research, prototyping, user testing etc.) are utilized to their fullest. You understand processes and investigate user needs and pain points in order to design top-notch use flows with paper and pen, digital prototypes and your communication skills.

We expect you to have strong and proven professional skills in UX/UI design. You know different design methods and you’re familiar with the principles of service design and usability. You have experience with digital design tools and you can do design work also by hand. You preferably have a degree in IT, industrial design, graphical design or another suitable field.

You communicate fluently in both written and spoken English and if you also know Finnish, that’s appreciated.

You’re open-minded and have good communication skills. You understand and relate to other people’s points of view. You are enthusiastic about problem solving and learning new things and you are able to see the bigger picture. You’re independent and proactive. You also have a positive attitude towards life and work.

You are a proactive team player but can also excel when working independently. You love to have a lot of responsibility and the freedom to be self-organized. You have lots to give and want to share your expertise with others. You are friendly and fun to work with. You have experience in agile processes (Scrum, Kanban) and you're interested in continuous learning and keeping yourself up-to-date. You have a professional attitude towards work and are true to your word. You know your strengths and they support you in your work.
